Gen 9 National Dex Monotype is a Smogon format combining two rulesets: every Pokémon on your team must share at least one type, and you have access to the full National Dex including Mega Evolutions.
Dragon, Steel, and Fairy types benefit most from the expanded Pokédex, gaining Mega Salamence, Mega Metagross, and Mega Gardevoir respectively. Water and Ghost also gain powerful Mega options.
Click any team, hit copy, then open Showdown. Go to Teambuilder, click "Import from text", and paste. Select Gen 9 National Dex Monotype as the format.
