How do I choose a National Dex team?
Start with a team whose format matches the game you want to play. Check all six Pokémon, the source, and any recorded tournament result or format check. Views and repeated Pokémon show interest in this collection, not a competitive ranking.
How do I copy a National Dex team into Showdown?
Open a team and use its copy action. In Pokémon Showdown, open Teambuilder, choose Import from text, paste, and save. Select National Dex before validating the team. Copying does not save it to a Showdown account.
Can I use a team without checking it?
Check it in the selected Showdown format before a battle. Open the team to inspect its latest format-check details when available. A format check tests the rules; it does not predict how well the team will perform.
