Gen 6 OU uses Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire rules on Pokémon Showdown. Battles use six Pokémon, with one active at a time, and the Gen 6 OU ban list.
Start with a team whose format matches the game you want to play. Check all six Pokémon, the source, and any recorded tournament result or format check. Views and repeated Pokémon show interest in this collection, not a competitive ranking.
Open a team and use its copy action. In Pokémon Showdown, open Teambuilder, choose Import from text, paste, and save. Select Gen 6 OU before validating the team. Copying does not save it to a Showdown account.
Check it in the selected Showdown format before a battle. Open the team to inspect its latest format-check details when available. A format check tests the rules; it does not predict how well the team will perform.
This page has no imported sample teams yet. Browse the available teams and inspect their source and format-check details before choosing one.
Copy your export from Showdown and paste it on the crob.at home page. Choose Create unlisted link for a link that anyone can open, or Publish publicly to submit it to Browse Teams.
