It samples from the top-30 usage pool, so higher-usage Pokémon appear more often, but niche picks can still show up. Each Pokémon's item, ability, nature, EVs, and four moves are also chosen weighted by usage. The result is valid Pokémon Showdown export format ready to paste into the teambuilder.
